This is a outstanding quality Gulf War 1 miniature medal it comes with a piece of ribbon enough for court or swing mounting. This medal has been awarded to lots of service personnel that have been serving in middle east including Cyprus between 2 Aug 1990 and 7  March 1991 or 7 days between 16 Jan 1991nand 28 Feb 1991.
Medal obverse crowned profile of Queen Elizabeth 11. Reverse an eagle and automatic rifle superimposed on a anchor , symbolising the three army services.The dates of the Gulf War appear at the foot.
Ribbon sand coloured broad central stripes flanked by narrow stripes of dark blue, red and light blue left or light blue , red and dark blue right representing the sand and the three tri services.
